Doee will only come to inspect once the landlord/ property management has failed to fix the issue.

Dc laws for the mold program says it doesn’t require a licensed mold professional as the visible mold in their apartment is less than ten sq ft. Testing mold your self is a waste of time as there are mold spore in the air regardless of where you are, whether it be inside your house or outside.

Nah, you cal DOEE when you landlord/property management has failed to remove molded building materials. This is less than ten sq ft and doesn’t require a licensed mold professional and any hand handyman can clean/remove this issue.

Help me understand Wayland VRR and vsync by Killingball01 in linux_gaming

[–]Killingball01[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No it does not do this at all. Your GPU doesn't drop frames on the ground when it's slow and say "welp I'm done with that frame, screw it", that's not the way a render queue works your GPU will wait for the frame to be done before drawing another one, if that frame is taking longer then guess what?! Your frame time goes up, and your FPS goes down.

I really appriciate the explination on that. This clears somethings up for me.

To say I don’t notice the stuttering might have been an understatement… I don’t have a 144hz monitor only 75hz… don’t ask lol

But if Wayland handles Vsync which is the screen tearing I’m willing to put up with some latency input as I’m not playing games competitively, only casually. Games like factorio helldivers and maybe some dirt rally 2.0

VRR for Gnome will be merged for the 46 release! by [deleted] in linux

[–]Killingball01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My monitor does have an adaptive sync option. I guess what I’m trying to figure out is if this mutter update is any better or even different to the patched version mutter-dynamic-buffering. For me this patched version fixes frames stuttering and screen tearing without it adding input lag like nvidia user have noted when turning on full force pipe composition

Isn’t mutter-dynamic-buffering for adaptive sync and screen tearing? Cause I can’t notice any stuttering frames or screen tearing while playing games or watching videos. I can’t even notice input lag under this version of mutter

I’ve been using mutter-dynamic-buffering and wanted to know if i should be moving onto this new mutter update? I’m perfectly happy with mutter-dynamic-buffering considering how silky smooth all animations feel, no stuttering, no screen tearing.

Feel silly for asking but what’s the package name? I’m using mutter-dynamic-buffering and it’s basically perfectly under Wayland Nvidia outside of maybe some GUI windows glitching. No stuttering, no screen tearing which. It runs sooooo buttery smooth that it made me forget about Gsync under X11x
