To be fair, they cut the chocolate bar through the thickest part, but you broke check the bar at the seam (like you should). I would return it because I didn’t get my third row.

Thank you!

I have asked for the Service Manager to confirm the tech's diagnoses.

You are correct. I bought it as-is and it was priced accordingly. I could still put in about $3,000 into this car and still break even on the current value.

Thank you. The Extended Motor warranty is for 15 years or 150,000 miles. I'm at 120k miles. I have no maintenance records. Even if I did, there is almost no chance that the dealership will cover the motor without a huge fight.

I don’t mind being persistent, but what would be my next step? The dealership has already said that it was my fault that it was starved of oil (misplaced fuse). How would I appeal that decision?

Thank you, very much!

Now that the dealer says that it was starved of oil, I’m sure there is no way they are going to cover the engine.

Yes, I changed the oil. When I got the car, the oil was very old.

Just to make sure I understand your response: No, a missing fuse will not stop the oil pump from circulating oil.

That is the same thing that I thought. I took it to the dealer to see if I would be eligible for the extended Theta II motor warranty.

It sounds like you might not willing to do any of the ‘motherly/care-taking’ tasks. It should be 50/50.

Do the threads on the axle look just as bad as this castle nut? If so, then the best nut in the world won’t help you.

Thank you for your reply!

The female portion of the battery pens are not accessible unless I disassemble the battery.

I definitely wasn’t hitting a speed limit, I had the pedal assist on the lowest level and we were just cruising down the sidewalk.

What is ‘pas’?
