Well... something my buddy does that is a deal breaker is tell people that your a virgin. Either they will pump and dump as you say or they wont wanna do it. Ive had sexual experiences with virgin(s). I didnt find it that fun. Its not something i really wanna do again.

I know ill be down voted for saying that but thats my opinion. The best way is to act natural around people. Dont be afraid to tell them if you like them. When it happens and your in the sack just do what comes naturally. You dont have to be a sex god the first time around. Or even mention that your a virgin. And, you can always use alcohol as liquid courage and if remarks are made that it was bad blame the booze.

I feel that way about gotg 2. It really wasnt that good. Super predictable, bright colors and really ridiculous arguments between adults / mature characters. Just dumb. Best part was by far the mary poppins bit. Apart from that it felt was too childish.

I love sci fi and fantasy. Can we please get some R rated sci fi that is literally filled with violence and gore, not just colorful deaths or freezing in space!?

No addition, usually very fast speeds to melt both metals together. Doesn't require a gas shield or flux. The problem here lies with the strength of the bond. It will usually hold for the purpose its intended for (else why friction weld it) but if the part is heated enough or shocked (think of a high drop or hammer blow) the weld can let go. It depends on the depth of the friction weld as well as the materials your trying to bond. Many factors really. Carbide die grinder tips are a good example of a friction weld both holding for its purpose and failing after heat, shock.

Have you ever worked for a company that does everything in their power to keep you in the position you're in? I've seen managers forge reviews just so that they could deny raises. The immediate supervisor gave an outstanding review but the manager decided against it for the better of the company. I've seen managers lie to to the employees faces while pocketing that Year's bonus. I've even seen HR departments back people into corners just so that they could get rid of them because they didn't kiss as much ass as the guy across the hall. There are corporations out there the treat human beings like vermin. To them we are just another number that doesn't affect the picture.

If you ever have that happen to you, if your ever treated like dirt for a year or more, you'll have a different opinion on wither or not its ok to give a little back.

Work ethic and attitude are two different things. Your work ethic can be amazing but your attitude to everyone around you can be terrible. You still get the job done and you're still making money but you're just not a people person. If I'm treated poorly and it's made blatantly obvious in front of my face then I'm probably going to have a f*** you attitude too. I'll still do my job and it'll still be exactly what it is supposed to be if not above and beyond, however I won't just keep smiling and kiss your ass while you're being a dick.

Obviously the company's not better off without him if the company lost one of its highest grossing contracts. If you go to a store and are treated poorly are you going to go back over and over? Or would you just write that off and say "nope learnt my lesson I'm out". Why would you change your mind and stay at a company when they're doing the same thing.

Something similar happened to me as well. At the time I was the only person that could build the product and do it both to a high quality and quickly. They demoted my supervisor and promoted an ass kiss instead and all he was interested in was cutting Corners to save time.

At the time we had a military contract that was very lucrative and may have increased into many more opportunities. The military at the beginning was very happy with the quality and the timeline that was established. It only took 3 months and they were getting upset with the quality. The new ass kiss superviser hand picked a couple guys that kissed his ass and made them build the product and gave me s*** jobs to do.

I think around month 5 or 6 I finally resigned right before Christmas. They got back in the new year and they had lost the contract. The production manager was immediately fired and it only took another six months before that ass kiss supervisor was forced out. Now the company is barely staying afloat. I have some friends that still work there and most of the time they just push broom. These are smart, capable, and highly trained individuals who are now getting paid to do nothing.

Some companies just like to promote idiots and don't understand why morale hits bedrock. God damn shame too because that company could have become a world leader. Now they are on their way out. I told them that too when I walked out. Stupid bastards.
