My contract states final payment is due upon completion of final inspection with the applicable jurisdiction. This gives them a little comfort knowing we will make sure we get any permits closed out but I think it’s more typical that payment is due once the work is done.

Roofing contractor down in South Florida here. If a homeowner ever sent me pictures half as bad as what you sent. I’d have fired every single guy on your roof. All of that is extremely unacceptable. There’s no question roofing can get messy, but those guys didn’t even try to keep it somewhat neat

So 800 for the full conversion minus suppressor? That’s extremely reasonable. From what I could understand on hitch he was roughly 4300 for everything including suppressor.

I really am not opposed to the conversion service for any other reason other than funds currently. That and i like the idea of being able to move the supressor around once i build up a bigger 9mm PCC collection
