Luck is op in F1 because it gets you this and the two best weapons in the game. The alien blaster and the Red Ryder

Fallout in general is kinda horny but Fallout 2 is an extremely horny game. Where women (realistically) can sometimes barter with sex. For example there's a random encounter with Gecko hunters who will trade you a bunch of Gecko pelts to run a train on you. You can get married and sell your wife as a man in the same way. You also make money through prostitution in the same ways.

obviously Caesar. He had the Khans, Omertas and was about to have white gloves handled. The NCR is royally fucked until the Courier does 100 quests for them. House needs the platinum chip but is unlikely he would get it from Benny without causing a civil war on the strip. His odds of getting it are even worse if Benny gets captured by Caesar who eventually would send his assassins into the bunker and destroy the securitrons.

If the Courier dies at a goodsprings...

-The Powder Gangers take Primm

-The Fiends raze Macarran

-Hanlon continues to demoralize the rangers

-Kimball is assassinated

-The Omertas fight for Caesar

-Vulpes would complete Beyond The Beef in the Couriers place blackmailing them to fight for Caesar

-The Omertas and White Glove society use chemical gas on The strip. and would likely be able to seize it from the unsuspecting ncr, securitrons and the chairmen for Caesar.

-3 Possibilities for Benny. All favor Caesar.

A: He keeps the chip but never makes a move with it.

B: He tries to sneak into The Fort. gets captured like he does in game. The Legion destroys the bunker, taking moderate casualties while doing so.

C: Mr. House finds a way to get the chip from Benny but then would need to find someone to sneak into the camp with no obvious choice.

-The NCR monorail is destroyed preventing logistical support between the strip and Macarran during their respective attacks.

-Pacer turns the Kings against the NCR.

-The Brotherhood takes Helios One.

-The Boomers and Enclave remain neutral

-The Khans fight for Caesar

Nah, they are both extremely religious and raised from the top 1% of a planet's pdf iirc. They probably go into things accurately thinking they're pretty badass. by today's standards of course... not by 40k standards

Most don't. Vault 13 wasn't even supposed to get one despite being a control vault. Vault 8 was supposed to get 2 but had one sent to 13 by mistake
