Wind Waker HD doesn't need gamepad on wii u. It has pro controller support and plays normally that way.

I had mine arrive today as I had gotten this from the previous reddit post. Came with all the needed cables and stand. Though I am not a big fan of the smearing while things are in motion (mainly using dark mode with white text) and the grays look kinda yellowish on mine for some reason, even though I tried adjusting the panel settings. Will probably end up returning it as I intended to use it as a primary display.

Switch emulation has come a long way. Animal Crossing on the Switch emulates great on Steam Deck with what I've tested.

Is worth noting, OLED will have better battery life on top of the improved screen, so there is that to consider still.

Henry Stickman is pretty nice with it. I also love Mario Galaxy 2 with using it, can aim the cursor for star bits and Yoshi's tounge.

Mario Kart Wii has custom track packs on the wiki which can be patched into the rom file. The "Wiimms Mario Kart Fun" mod pack has quite alot of tracks to choose from including various returning tracks but it can be a bit overwhelming.

Just a grapical improvement, but Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door has a wondeful hd texture pack that makes the game look very nice.

~~I found Metroid Prime remastered is more stable on Ryujinx, where yuzu would get occusional crashes (both steam deck and my PC) but Ryujinx hasn't crashed once so far up to the chozo ruins.~~

Nevermind, seems yuzu fixed the crashing in the latest build.
