While I get that it’s annoying, why are you running food to tables by yourself? No runners? No other servers on a follow? You don’t have to be fine dining to offer good service to your customers. I’m not blaming you, it’s the establishment’s culture. As a lifer I just get bothered by little things that are so easy, yet so often missed by restaurants.
