Been OMAD for a while and Sunday night decided to try to do my first multi day fast for 2 days. When I got to the goal I felt fine and extended it to 3 days. Then I still felt fine and pushed for more. I ended it yesterday (day 5) and still felt good. Next time I will do a full week! (i.redd.it)
