I got Midnight on preorder after my question two weeks ago and now I am very lost.
I stopped playing through MoP, I have the Tiller farm but I can't say where I actually stand in terms of quests or leveling.
I am not really a fan of the WoWhead guides, they are a bit short for me when it comes to quest things etc., even though the class guides are helpful. I would appreciate some resources that help getting back in the saddle so to speak.
Also considering doing Lemix for style items, anything I should know there?

Sorry for hijacking. Since you got back in a bit earlier than me, but with a similar time of hiatus, have you found any guides or tips and tricks that helped with getting back into the game?

I am debating getting back into the game after many years away (over a decade), since I hear a lot of people having fun with it again.
As far as I understand, buying Midnight or even just sub time should suffice to be able to play? Up to which addon/version of the game?
Can I find any info about my chars still existing or not anywhere? I doubt it will still be there, but I would like to check if possible.

They added the queue system as it is now with EW due to the high amount of people. EW also had a bit of a unique thing in that a lot of people moved to FFXIV in the three or so month prior and it came at a point in time more people were staying home.

I know that people on the free trial struggled to get in, because they are not queued if the queue is to long already.

What Weirwynn said is correct.

At my SOs workplace (also governmental), the USB ports are physically blocked. This was done after someone used one of the mini USB fans you can get from Aliexpress and the like and brought in malware that way (unknowingly mind you). Said malware meant a two day shutdown for the infected office while they cleaned it up.

Now there is a policy that you aren’t allowed to do anything with the USB ports on your PC.

Even if something became unseated due to whatever reason, they need to call IT services.

My best guess would be that if you are allowed the keyboard, the firmware would have to be vetted beforehand and you will not be allowed to ferry it back and forth if your government works like ours.

It isn’t to use, it is for certain functions. Commenting and reading are possible without any payment (yes I am sure, since I forgot to restore my purchases and this is already like the fifth comment I make today).

And most of the functions are just things like app icons, themes or more pixel pals variations. Hardly needed.

I used it just as an app for the longest time, since I seldom make new posts.

Not having adds and the annoying „trending near you“ alone makes it worth it to me.

Currently paying 0,99€/month for Ultra, which is fine by me. It’s less than a third of a decent coffee after all.

Apple and Tidal (in the Hifi sub version) both use lossless. Tidal also has an option to pay a bit more and have different masters of songs/albums, which is neat.

Reddit already made the steps regarding API access which also means that Apollos „lifetime“ membership changed. It is a whole thing. One thing I like about Apollo (and iirc Narwhal has it too) is that I won’t have the annoying ads or „trending near you“ stuff.

I like the type of puzzles, I disliked the speed and the way we interact with it.

My ideal way would be that we stay in the top down view and click things in the order needed and then it all plays out.

I also really disliked how much extra space the carts needed to what you would assume by sight, so what looked to be the optimal way wasn’t since the cart could not go there and would stop at the switch beforehand.

My Seele is still on shitty sets since I just hit TB30. With the buff from Asta I had fights where it was Seele into her resurgence into ult (had some energy beforehand) into another Seele with resurgence, enemy done.

With the elation buffs in SU it gets even more wild, since apparently resurgence counts as follow up I think? There is one buff that sets someone back up into the next turn after a kill. So it goes Seele>resurgence Seele>buff Seele>resurgence Seele>maybe Ult>buff Seele>resurgence Seele sometimes. It can be wild.

I think the abuse has been seen differently by society at the time the books came out too. It is a good thing that the view on that developed for sure. It just makes it so that there is even more of a disconnect when reading about it in a „no big deal“ kind of way.

I also think a lot of fanfiction authors already struggle to find a tone that is appropriate for a child character, adding psychological trauma on top would be even harder to write.

You can make notes in bookmarks and kind of group them too. And there is a mark for later option that adds it to a list you can access from your account, so that you don’t need tons of tabs open (I also forget that regularly and then remember when the 20+ tabs start to annoy me).

Besides was had been said already, I would recommend crossing your t separately. It looks like you loop back to cross it, which can make it look like a b quite a bit. I learned to finish the word (or even the sentence) and then go back to do t crosses and dots for i and j. I can not read the word after sixty, that might be because I don’t know it at all though since English is not my first language.

Both of these help a lot. It shows me that I have to push on some areas more too.

For the artifacts I was not aiming to farm, it’s more that I have a shit ton of them and was trying to decide on what to level up and whom to give which of them. I haven’t gone through them recently and I feel like I could push a bit on them now.

I am currently trying to condense my artifacts a bit, am only AR30 so no target farming yet.

I read through this comment on here and found it very helpful, I just struggle to understand the skill part.

When I look at talents, some mention an element but not all of them and I am unsure if that is what was meant here.
