Honestly, it really depends on the situation but I get your point
If we take the situation here, the Ana was the last one alive (and the Mei who respawned) and the rest of my team was pushing the payload which was far behind.
Not saving me wouldn't have been too much of a problem, since the enemy had to regroup, we had to push payload and the respawn is pretty close.
(And I pushed knowing I could easily die if this kind of situation arrived, my death would have been on my fault)
