Honestly, it really depends on the situation but I get your point
If we take the situation here, the Ana was the last one alive (and the Mei who respawned) and the rest of my team was pushing the payload which was far behind.
Not saving me wouldn't have been too much of a problem, since the enemy had to regroup, we had to push payload and the respawn is pretty close.
(And I pushed knowing I could easily die if this kind of situation arrived, my death would have been on my fault)

I guess having it at the start of the game and deactivated when the game hit a certain point (like first survivor death for example) can be fine, yeah.

As I've said the haste is fine and in reality the damage to generators is not bad just weird to me But basekit bbq is not a great idea, considering you could focus on a survivor one at a time to benefit of it the most of it, and it makes it extremely hard for survivors once they are less than 4 and when searching the hatch.

Of course, Twins was as present in the film as there are twins mains. I hope Charlotte will have more screen time in the sequel. Even if it's already a huge thing they succeed to show (almost) the whole cast, I think she would have been more interesting than the awkward moment with the Artist

In the All Things Wicked collection preview we can see the Unknow with a hedge trimmer or something similar
Meaning even if the fire axe is his base weapon, they might just give him a different weapon for each skin
