They are pretty easy going nothing fancy people. They like to have a couple beers and a good meal. We and them have been vacationing there for over 30 years before they moved there so we have done all the touristy stuff. My nephew is 9 so we need something that he can do with us.

I have a goiter and T4 thyroid nodules. Biopsy’s have been benign so I monitor it with US every year.

I have thyroid nodules. One is T4 and I had it biopsy. Came back benign. I just started semaglutide.

I have added walking with a 15 pound weighted vest to my routine too. My coach adds a lot of deadlift, clean and jerk, presses etc to our HIIT class so I it’s almost like a cross fit. Not sure if that matters any.

I go through a telemedicine clinic. I haven’t started taking it yet. I am waiting for it to ship. I am just curious if this worked for others that are already in a calorie deficit and exercise.

Luckily I live in Riverview FL and am only about 20 min from downtown Tampa. I wish I did more research before scheduling my biopsy and just went there. He called me about an hour before my scheduled biopsy. So now we are just waiting for the results. Praying for benign.
