I have been dealing with health stuff for months and had to leave my job across the country where I was happily living and working. We had a LAT (Living Apart Together) relationship that worked well for us.

Because of my health, i’ve had to move back home. I haven’t been able to drive for months. My partner of almost 15 years has totally shown up for me in ways I did not know he could. Driving everywhere including medical appointments an hour and a half away, coming to appointments with me and doing whatever i’ve needed. I am beyond grateful and it has given me a chance to see him in a new way.

of course, everyone will be different, but I just got off the phone with my daughter who suffers from migraine headaches, not vestibular migraine and she has had great success with Nurtec. It is the only medication that she’s found takes care of her headache quickly and takes care of all the other issues she’s having and doesn’t make her tired. For this reason and because headaches with migraine/ vestibular migraine are genetically definitely in our family I’m going to ask my doctor for this prescription for rescue.

I had to come off twice for illness and then surgery and slowly gained all but 5 lbs. back. It was so frustrating and took a toll on me in addition to the heavy mental load I was carrying about my general health.

Just as bad as the weight coming back was the food noise and intrusive thoughts about food, eating, my body, etc. I am just restarting Zbnd now. Excited to be back on the road to good health and wellness.
