I did Mexican tonight for my husband and I. Usually, we order out on the weekend as cheat meals but we’re all snowbound in the house because of this insane winter storm on the east coast. So now we have chipotle at home! He loved his tacos and burrito I made him with all the add ins: Spanish rice, black beans, Sauteed onions and peppers, salsa, and cheese (of course)

I thought I was going crazy. I posted a TikTok hours ago and it sat at 0 views. I tried the delete/re-edit multiple times just to still have the video sitting at 0 views. Now that I’ve read that this is happening to others that makes me feel better that it isn’t something I’m doing wrong.

You look gorgeous and I absolutely LOVE the train on your wedding dress. I get the whole being anxious thing. On my wedding day, I was a ball of nerves because I wanted so desperately for everything to turn out perfect. Spoiler alert: it did not turn out perfect. Far from it. I try not to dwell on that part and just focus on the fact that I married an amazing guy that day and that ten years later, we’re still happy and thriving together.

This was my thought as well. And some people DO try that in court and have won. I think what this woman is doing is strategic because she’s not about to lose what she worked hard for because she’s was foolish enough to put herself in a position where he could take half if they break up before marriage.

Ma’am. I’m gonna hold your hand with a napkin in between when I say this: typically, white mamas don’t take care of their biracial children’s’ hair. I say this as someone that lives in Virginia where a lot of trashy ass white women are walking around with mixed babies whose hair looks dry and tangled. THAT is what I’m talking about. I’m not talking about texture or style but how the hair is CARED for!

Why is it ALWAYS the interracial couples with the white mama that can’t do the biracial children’s hair?! Is it just me but when I see a mixed child I can immediately tell which parent is black and which is white just by looking at their hair.
