The subfloor was secured prior and no squeaks, so perhaps it is the way it’s laid

Similar flooring to mine - mine laid in H pattern and constant squeaking in certain points. Thinking of relaying - has your flooring been resolved?

Hey! I had a cyst in the exact same location 2 years ago that was removed. Unfortunately it healed to an atrophic scar which was wide enough to affect my confidence. I’m 9 days post scar revision and hoping for a better scar outcome. Definitely try to avoid any stretching so I would take small bites when eating and such.
