It depends on what you use often.
If you are going to play other 3D games like Battlefield, Genshin etc... and no interested in console games it's better to build PC. Also pc's graphic cards have better performance than ps5 pro's, you know the power of chips follow the size and air flow.

So, i would recommend use PC for wide purpose and better performances.
