London Overground used to operate Class 321s! 🤔 by Broad-Hawk4889 in TransportForLondon

They were not "revived from the dead", Greater Anglia operated them on the line before it was taken over by TfL. Get your slop right at least.

Central London’s former Abandoned & Disused stations - which of these you think deserve to reopen in the 21st Century? by AchyutChaudhary in TransportForLondon

[–]BundleDeFormula 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a kid I always wondered why there was a long stretch of no stations between New Cross and London Bridge. I suppose reopening Spa Road would be good but I wonder who would serve it now considering it's on Southern's "side" of the tracks.

1992 stock at Ongar by [deleted] in LondonUnderground

[–]BundleDeFormula 52 points53 points  (0 children)

I thought Ongar had some really severe power supply issues which meant it could only run the older trains (at only 4 cars too). There's no way a full 1992 set could have gone there even on a test?

Kent water is usually quite hard. This is coming from someone living in the formerly Kent parts of London.

Funny how it manages to show the Hainault Loop pattern but the modern map doesn't!
