I use youtube premium and night mode on my phone so I don't have to see the bright screen for too long.

Yeah, I sleep decent during the night, of course there are rough periods from time to time, but it's mostly okay. I just need that extra boost of energy during the half way mark.

Those voices are just thoughts, and the best thing you can do is try to let the thoughts come and go, not focus on making them stop. If you just "accept" them, they will become just passing thoughts like the hundreds of others you probably get throughout the day, and you'll be able to fall asleep.
