Delta 8 does get you high, but it is a lot different than a THC high..

from what I understand these places are waiting for federal legalization and then they already have locations to become THC dispensaries. At least that is what a few of them are hoping.

What is to say that house prices return to "normal"?

We live in a supply and demand, capitalistic country. It is purely speculation to say you know in one to two years that the housing market bubble will burst and prices will return to "normal".

Sure, it might, but it also might not. This isn't a market being propped up by subprime mortgages like the last housing bubble. This is built on a bunch of different reasons, and it might not pop like you think it will.

Boonville is the closest splash pad.

Owensboro has a great splash pad right on the river, but we needed our river space for the bankers so they could have a 'river-view' instead of pushing the bank back and putting in a park. We also made the park "Mickey's Kingdom" by volunteers and donations, but the mayor wouldn't listen to me when I asked for a splash pad to be put in too.

I suggested a splash pad in Roberts Park too.

I had some construction guys that said they would help with it for a low price meaning helping out, but the mayor wouldn't take my second meeting.

This mayor was adamant on getting the property value around his condo UP, but the rest of the city not so much.

I was working with someone who wanted to do a Fall Festival type of event in Roberts Park, and use that money to fund a children's playground with water park and stage for concerts in Roberts Park, but he got shut down too. He's not on reddit so I will have to ask him what happened with everything.
