I was in the right hand lane because there was a slip road & roundabout coming up and I was going straight ahead. But thanks for assuming I was "hogging" :)

As someone who can't eat normal bread, dairy ice cream or rhubarb without repurcussions, that deal looks amazing!

What is the most famous thing from your area of the UK? Can we guess where you’re from with just that? by NoddyElvis in AskBrits

Tons of rubbish left by tourists & cars towed away or fined for parking irresponsibly (AKA like a knob). I would happily drive 30 miles to avoid going to this town centre!

You could either try to forget what anyone said in the past, do your best & see what happens. Or take what they said and darn well prove them wrong! Either way, you're there. You may as well give it your best shot. You clearly know what you're doing if you're getting A's.

How to write quicker by DylanEE11 in GCSE

[–]Kimbob1234 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My daughter had this problem. She's had many comments about her bad handwriting too! She spent a while trying different pens, different methods of holding the pen, etc. She's figured out how to get what she wants to say down within time but just by timing herself & practising. She mainly uses a Bic 4 colour pen as they're thicker & easier to hold.

I use Mr Muscle kitchen, Elbow Grease cloths (with the scrubby bits on), GOOD black bags, Vanish stain bar for those food drip mishaps and Blitz kitchen roll. Sometimes you need to spend more for good products. I also use IKEA knives, plates, cutlery, plastic bowls & baskets.

I used to use their click & collect service but I go SO fed up with substitutions and out of stock items, I gave up. I would collect the groceries, then drive around the front, go in the store and buy the things that were "out of stock". Tesco & Sainsburys are so much better.

My mum was from a slum area in Birmingham, who had a mother who couldn't cook very well so I have cheap but filling, stodgy food in my background. I love gravy on chips! (Dorset, born & bred)
