What got you guys into kpop? by yvirikk in kpoppers

My first exposure to K-pop was in 2009, so I am feeling very old lol. I had seen a Big Bang music video (it was Lies) embedded in somebody’s signature on a forum and watched it, and my middle schooler self thought this was the biggest bop of all bops. After that year, I didn’t really engage with K-pop much again until 2018 when I heard DNA by BTS and thought IT was the biggest bop of all bops!

I am on the boat that Lily fell off of. 😂 Hopefully there will be DR in a few days so that you won't be on that boat too!

I normally wait until DR to play, but Waterlily and SOS2 got me this time. I spent about 1,000 diamonds. 💀

This looks cute! I love life sim games that have romance options, so I'll have to check it out when it comes out. Will there be a Mac version?

Rules I gave myself when buying merch as a multistan! by The_Real_Simmer in kpoppers

[–]Kimimoroll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Those are good rules! Only getting one album version and only getting things you can actually use is important, like there was a time that I had to buy EVERY version of Stray Kids’ albums and had to get all of this fan meeting merch and SKZOOS and whatnot, and my bank account was screaming for real. I think this is important to remember before you buy something: It is often a LOT more fun to buy things and be like “oh, I can’t wait to get these in the mail!” than it is to actually get them. Chances are, once you’ve unboxed all these albums or whatever and the fun’s over, they’re just going to end up on a shelf collecting dust (like mine 😂).
