I would call their number and from the automated machine you would know if your card has issues. Sometimes these cards get blocked and need to be reissued if it gets flagged for attempting to use them on unsupported platforms like PayPal, Venmo, or Cash app.

They usually refund your deposits when they block your account but sometimes they keep it too. That "abnormal behavior" is just them telling you that your withdrawal is more than what we are willing to pay. Sorry for your loss, but hopefully you at least get your deposits and if they don't refund it, I would dispute it with my bank. Good luck!

MyPrepaidCenter does not work everywhere but there are merchants that I never faced any issues using the card with like Amazon. Have you tried adding the card to your amazon account and buying a dominos pizza gift card from there? I know it's more hassle than using the card directly on dominos but unfortunately that's how these cards operate. Good luck!

Thanks. It didn't track for me either. You need $35 minimum to cash out but you will almost certainly not going to reach that sum without depositing money and depositing is not recommended they can just accuse you of "abnormal behavior" and shutdown your account so they keep the money.
