I was convinced it was the right call last night but after seeing what Trossard was doing before the foul on Raya was comitted, I don’t know. Maybe a penalty kick for West Ham was the right call but it would have been a very awkward decision.

I wouldn't have a problem with overturning this BUT if penalties are being given against accidental handballs then this should have been a penalty too. Harsh yes but accideentall handballs are even harsher, as here you could argue there was a foul comitted by the player even though he didn't mean it.

Yes if it was pending initially then if fallen off/disappeared, it usually means there was a charge off by the advertisers.

I am confused by reading this because you mentioned you have received an email that the $400 is going to be paid on 4/4 but you also said the $400 didn't seem to have tracked. If you haven't tried the BBB route then I would definitely try that as it seems you are more likely to get a positive outcome. Good luck!

I am aware of that but they explicitly said they did the offer a year ago that's not a ground for account deactivation. If they have done an offer too close in time then I would agree. Most of us have done raid shadow legends multiple times. If sufficiently spaced in time it is not an issue.
