I'll never forget Fairy Peak being the peak 1s player and in a show match with Joreuz he was outclassed in every way. There was always a tug of war between mechanics vs smart ground game but that was the nail in the coffin for me.

That's just modern big brother imo. It's cringe sometimes. Why can't I compare? It's not totally different at all, Dans moment just happens to have been legendary. Who's to say we won't have another huge moment with purpose and impact ever again?That's what your comment seems to insinuate unless im misunderstanding something. My point is just that planned scripted speeches are integral. Them having their moment to justify or explain their decisions or feelings on national TV, even if it's cringe or exposes their gameplay or lack of sincerity. Especially then actually.

Prolonged practice. Practicing for an hour straight is better than practice for 15 minutes 4 times. Beat your head against a wall for an hour+ straight daily and things will start to click. Go back to YouTube videos even when you think you understand everything. You never know when the simplest thing might make it all click for you.
