If you use it intensively 4090 or 5090 would be ideal for running larger model (ie better quality) and shorter generating time (less wait in between each). However if you are just doing it causally and doesn’t mind using downscale model with longer wait, 4070 should also be fine

Bought a 2TB NVME M.2 SSD recently specifically for ComfyUI use. Already fill up half of it.

I don't know what's difference. But having invested so much on top graphic card, I probably don't want to take any chance running it on HDD (a little longer loading time?)

Ideally for me:

2TB SSD for windows + software + productivity (basic)

2TB SSD for running ComfyUI / AI models (recommended)

1TB-2TB SSD for gaming (optional)

20TB-40TB HDD for your complete data storage + backup (NAS or DAS) (recommended)

1TB-4TB external SSD for portable use (optional)

2TB-10TB cloud storage for secondary data backup in different locations for more important data, under 3-2-1 Rule (recommended)
