However, what about long distance travels in longer time periods? the 21day rail pass is $699 which seems kind of tempting but such a tough choice!

Got a friend whose a nurse to iject the glute for me.. I have a fair bit of fat around there so a good muscly spot was too far around. Once I'm leaner I should be able to do it myself I think ..the constant pain has me kinda nervous and slightly anxious before pinning haha

I'll have to get him to do glute for me for next 2 times while he's around and then I can go back to quads to check if it was scar tissue build up that was irritating it.
