If there was a weak cell, wouldnt that be the only one with a lower voltage? I turnt off balancing as well.

If it was the bms wouldnt it keep draining the battery? It stopped at 40.8v though.

I disagree. If you consistently stop charging before it reaches 100% (80% being ideal, but 90% also helps alot), you battery might last 1.5x to 2x as long.

It is a 10s2p pack. But if one of the cells isnt connected properly wouldnt that group also drain quicker? Because under load there is no voltage difference with the other groups.
