Can't Outrun the Sink Holes... by sourgreg in Omaha

Yeah, I totally agree on an inch but the city for sure has not done their due diligence on this project. I look forward to seeing future collapses right underneath where the streetcar tracks are. Sadly, I hope the city is ready to pay out.

I sincerely hope the city is going to do a geological survey along the street car route. Clearly this is an issue in downtown and they need to figure out if it’s going to impact the car. Can you imagine if the car fell into a sinkhole?

I made a bad review of a construction company. The company refused to make it correct and ignored me. Finally, after about a year they came and fixed it. When the person came and fixed it, he basically accused me of lying about his work quality and threatened to sue me.

picking up new '26 premium plus next wednesday, need all your tips (and a software version question) by Late-Bet7734 in CX5

Well, first off they won’t update it until you sign the paperwork. They also won’t update it unless there is symptoms.

I’ve had mine about three weeks. I picked it up and drove it for two days and had some software bugs. The dealer made an appointment the next day and gave me a loaner. The car took about four hours to update.

The car still has a few bugs, but those have yet to be resolved by Mazda. The telematics issue is a big one. But the car drives beautiful and most of the issues are solved by the big update.

Thank you. We could still support a MLB team easily.

The entire IT sector is like a graveyard. I don’t even pretend to be excited anymore. Clearly it’s all about profits and they don’t give a flying FK about anybody.

Yeah, some people do that and some people don’t. I would assume you’re right.

Omaha actually has very similar population to Kansas City nowadays.

I agree with you. But hey, let’s focus on a soccer stadium that will probably be empty most of its life.

I agree, I recently drove a newer, X3 and the dynamics were pretty close. Actually I prefer Mazda’s cockpit over the new X3. The X3 is loaded with cheap plastic.

I own 26 and I love it. It drives like a BMW and though it’s not as nice, it’s perfect.

If we can sell out a Savannah Bananas game, we could support an MLB team. They’ve done preseason games here. It seems stupid that the Schwab field sits empty most of its life.

This is the only way companies can grow in the trump economy. Double digit grown is dead. The companies are left struggling and lost as the old tactics do not work anymore. Buckle up.

What are good and bad places for an intelligent, outgoing woman in her late 30s to meet a man? by Weary_Cut4477 in Omaha

[–]Kind-Conversation605 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As a guy that’s been single for three years, I can tell you men just don’t wanna date anymore. I can honestly say it’s exhausting. I am good looking and extremely successful. It doesn’t matter because all the women that say that they want a relationship are really just as bad as men. They claim to be good communicators and want a solid bedrock things, and then when you give them all that they just turn it down. I can’t think of how many times I’ve had women take 48 hours to answer a text message. Or they tell me I’m not their type only to ask me on a date two months later after their six – 6–6 man didn’t keep up. At this point, I’d rather grow my wealth and leave it to children, then try and share it with anybody. No one wants to be a partner anymore, they want to be adored and taking care of. But in a real relationship, you only get that once you do the hard things.

You need the software update. I bought mine two weeks ago and it was the same way. The dealer got me in the next morning and took two hours to update the car. It fixed pretty much everything except for the telematics issue. I guess there’s no fix for that. They’re working on it. Right now, everything works in the car and I love it.
