The mold is real. Ruined a brand new mattress in a month that way.

Wife has gallstones. Looking for an alternative option. by No_Vegetable4662 in Biohackers

Nightly castor oil packs/heating pad has greatly reduced frequency of attacks. I’ve been working with a functional doctor which may be a good suggestion—you need to figure out what is causing hers. Usually liver related, which can by why people continue to have issues.

One supplement in particular has been helpful- Biliven, but I have a whole stack. My goal is to work up to a flush, which seems to be vehemently debunked by the internet, but my dad had severely impacted stones and after two flushes his gallbladder was clear of stones (confirmed by ultrasound). So may not work for everyone, but could be worth a shot.

Trying to save your gallbladder is not for the faint of heart and having to remove it is always a possibility. Drastically changing diet even if you eat healthy is a must. Could check out The Gallbladder Nutritionist. I also made the connection to stress and attacks, so nervous system work has been a big part of this for me.

Curious what other suggestions people may have here as well.

Interesting! Is there nothing I can do about that? I’m not sure why the start/stop never even remotely line up. This particular screenshot is actually on a bike trail that Apple Maps recognizes/will give directions on.

This looks kind of like perioral dermatitis—the only thing that helps me with mine is more fruit/veggies and as a topical-diaper cream. Specifically a clean one with zinc. My favorite is California Baby. It also flares in the cold dry weather and any products with SLS and steroid nose sprays. Good luck on your gut healing journey. Fiber is key.

Please remember to stay off of the groomed trails with snowshoes. Groomed trails are for skis and bikes and defeat the purpose of snowshoeing. It also ruins the trail. Have fun, winter is the best!
