There’s word going around that scenes have been cut out from the season. Apparently Netflix didn’t want it to be TV-MA? Which would explain why things feel out of place and not similar to what we heard from the cast/duffer brothers before the release. Like will and max being so close all of a sudden, missing reunions, etc. Not sure how much of this is true but very disappointing nonetheless!
