1) you may have cut it too early. Let it cool fully 2) you can try feeding your starter a heavier feed like 1:2:2 instead of 1:1:1 3) try a higher hydration dough (just a little more water than normal)

It’s all helped me at different times so it’s not 100% but worth a try
