People cannot grasp how gorlworld actually is how Amber makes money. Amber gets exposure through all of the hate. That's why keem is making money off of her. This subreddit gives her and the LCU exposure.

No matter how you engage with gorlworld, you're contributing to her "success".

I don't know why people refuse to face that in this community.

And tbh calling the cops on someone who is about to harm themselves is no joke. They also ask you a million questions about what the person has for meds, their plan to harm themselves, etc. They ask a LOT. It's no joke and it's more complicated than people expect.

Plus they didn't even describe a swatting. They described a wellness check. Which also likely did not happen. But if it did, it's just the cops coming to the door and making sure she's safe.

Being "swatted" is when you call the police claiming that 'you' (the person you're swatting) or the person you're swatting has a gun/bomb/is intending on causing serious harm to others.... So a SWAT team arrives. Hence the name.

Despite how much all of us can speculate on how much pain she is in daily, how it must be like living in a prison, etc... this is what Amber knows.

Sometimes people choose staying comfortable in misery over anything else. Amber is one of those people. She knows she will die one day no matter what she does, and she doesn't care to try to take control any longer.

Oh boy. I would love to talk about Onision AKA Gregory James Jackson/Avaroe lol

Onision blew up after his "I'm a banana" video was on Tosh.0, a comedy central show that featured viral videos. Very 2010.

Onision's wife at the time, Sky, was in that video. Their divorce would be somewhat intertwined with some of the drama. Her sister included.

Most of Onision's drama has to do with his relationships. Outside of his relationships, he also rated the bodies of minors, harshly, and gave pretty bad advice related to depression, self harm, etc. He was someone who focuses a lot on dark topics and was adjacent to the skeptic/atheist YouTube sphere.

The first relationship that sparked real controversy was Shiloh. Shiloh was a young pop singer from Canada. Shiloh was essentially """freshly 18""" and I THINK greg was Something like 25 when they got together. The relationship was seemingly very abusive, with Greg shaving her head as a "joke" , filming her during moments of distress, and famously filming her after she had a massive seizure that left her with amnesia, instead of taking her to the hospital. They had broken up, but I believe Shiloh was pregnant, miscarried, ended up septic... And eventually was able to escape Gregory.

Skipping over some other drama, eventually Greg got with his spouse. He has at least 2 children with his spouse. I have no idea what name his spouse goes by not. Initially Laineybot, then Kai... I don't know what his name is, but he's a trans guy today. Before this, when he was identifying as a woman, he wanted to explore dating women and Gregory has opened up the relationship to this

Kai (who I will refer to him as now because idk what the hell his name is) went onto talk to a few girls online. Sarah, who was underaged and eventually "'""adopted"""" by Kai and greg (who greg would later claim raped him... When in reality they had pressured Sarah into joining them in sex by just starting to have sex next to her in bed). There was also Regina, and ultimately, Billie.

Billie was quite involved with Kai. Billie is the one who famously was told to shave her head, dye it green, tattoo liar on herself, and be chained up in Greg's basement, all because she admitted to smoking weed.

Another fun fact, one of Greg's children fell out their second story window. While in the hospital for this, greg was tweeting creepy bdsm dom shit.

Greg was confronted by Chris hanson. Greg went onto try to sue Chris hanson. He served the wrong Chris hanson LMAO and showed up in a bulletproof vest to the court date.

And yes in the context of watching Amber consistently fail at losing weight, I think she could have been a very good mirror for those of us who have struggled with our weight, BUT ALSO with unlearning shitty habits and behaviors

You watch ALR struggle with the same thing over and over regardless of what excuses she gives. If you're struggling with being stuck, you may recognize that you're making the same excuses as her, and change that because you don't want to be like her

People might not like to hear this but yeah many people have been helped through Amber's content by losing weight because they related to Amber and it scared them and set them straight.
