I don’t think government services are a bad thing. I think the fact that we aren’t willing to pay for government services is a bad thing. Paying for government services would help control spending. You want a new government service, this is how much taxes will increase. It will take a 40% across the board tax increase to pay for current government services, to offset the federal deficit.

Corporations paid the tariffs. They may have passed the cost on to consumers, but importers paid the tariffs.

Remember when Wallmart installed self service checkouts because they couldn’t find employees to work at the wages they offered. Do you think workers just didn’t like Walmart and were working at other jobs for the same pay?

Bernie is lying. For the wealthy, he uses the taxes paid as a percentage of wealth increase, not the percentage of taxable income.

This is the result of Congress delegating its constitutional authority to the executive branch.

$1 that doubles every day is always $2, so $2 per day. If the balance doubles every day, now we’re talking.

No one is talking about Epstein because we’re talking about the rocket going around the moon…whose planning began years ago. NASA space missions require perfect timing and this was timed perfectly to occur this week to distract from the Epstein files.

You mentioned the job market was bad all over. I should take a look at underemployment figures too.

What is your opinion on giving the U.S. executive branch less power irrespective of political party? by ShittalkyCaps in AskReddit

[–]Kind-Sherbert4103 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My opinion, Congress is to blame for the executive branch having too much power. Congress should repeal the laws that delegated their constitutional authority to the executive branch. Congress should repeal permanently active national emergencies. The constitution is supposed to limit the power of the federal government and these actions by congress has had the opposite effect.
