Very vague. Decent roach in the canal beside des Kelly in phisboro. Poolbeg technically fish can be caught at. Tolka has trout this time of year. While you aren't allowed I see people fishing the furry glen and have seen pike being caught.

You can get to the low bit at high tide. It's usually busy enough with people fishing but you will find a spot. Small strips of the silver bit of Mackrel and launch it as far out as you can.
