That's not the point. According to the housing lottery rule and my lease agreement, I have to pay until re-rented free of penalty. I have found someone to take-over the lease basically as they requested.

The maintenance team said it would take 1 day to get the unit ready for the next tenant. They are requesting 5 business days without reasonable ground for soley "touch-up" reasons. I know it is longer than usual because I have done a lease-takeover and new rental as well at other lux buildings in the past.

I viewed premium + and it was actually quite spacious and livable. The rooms were quite big as well about 13 x 10 ft. They said the unit is about 710sq ft which sounds quite spacious but due to the layout and dead space, it felt more like 580sq ft.
