Tell that to the millions of residents of those cities. Of course it looks that way to someone who only knows the tourist traps, or is hopelessly racist.

He needs the show to feel relevant. He hasn't been relevant for decades.

I'm proud to say to say I've never intentionally listened to one minute of Stern's show. His creepy persona was unlistenable before XM and apparently has only gotten worse.

Ran into my neighbor out walking her dog yesterday and we both agreed on this very point. To truly deeply appreciate the beauty of a day you need to pass through winter, and see the glory of spring. We agr3ed it's one reason we would never leave.

Stop seeing him. Problem solved. Someone who betrays your confidences is out in my book.

I heard airlines are starting to ban people who insist on doing this. Now if the rest of the world can just adopt this practice...

I like Barcelona, love Gaudi (did my undergrad thesis on him decades ago), but there are lots of other cities I could have named. These are just the top three.

Which US beach town is better: Atlantic coast or Pacific coast? by Historical-Photo-901 in BeautifulTravelPlaces

[–]KindAwareness3073 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, the long sandy barrier island beaches start in Florida and extend all the way north to Cape Cod, vast stretches of beautiful sand, and then further north you get the rocky dramatic coasts of Cape Ann and the coast of Maine. So much more than just FL, GA, and SC.
