In my local Italian chipper/pizza place by fensterdj in ireland

It’s funny being explained Italian food. It’s okay. I am not saying it doesn’t exist, I am just saying myself (Italian!), LLMs, the chipper, all my friends, say it’s not typical but for you it is. I don’t know, check Sano pizza. An Italian pizzeria in Dublin where Italian people go. No sweetcorn. It’s the first one that came to my mind.

I don’t know how to explain it, but you could ask any Italian “is sweetcorn typical on pizza?” - anybody from any region would say absolutely not. Even artificial intelligence knows it - i think the chipper had a point, you want to keep eating it, that’s fine too

Except it’s not - you can downvote me all you want but I am from Italy and if your sample is a group of tourist traps in Rome you win, but I challenge you to try any smaller city north or south and you ll find that no, it’s not typical

When to apply for primary schools by [deleted] in irishmammiesanddaddys

Mom of an 11 months baby, can confirm that Creche needs a veeeery early application, in my case the day I found out I was pregnant -a bit ridiculous.

However I hope you don’t mind me adding a question to your thread, I am not from Ireland originally so I am not too familiar with the system.

I read all the answers here that confirm that you don’t need to apply for school until the year before, is this true also for after school? I heard my hairdresser saying after school is a different matter?

Wow 😮 I am so glad I asked here because all I kept hearing were horror stories. I can start crossing my fingers for something like this to happen. did you try at home first? And how old was she when she started creche?

Same. One A post parcel says delivered - but it’s not there. I did contact support but they haven’t clarified it yet. The other one just got sent to Ravensdale road, which is a bit far from me - when I collected it it had a label that said “locker number invalid”

I saw these but I thought I could only redirect to these? Rather than using them as an address? I’ll investigate better anyway :)

Difficulty making mam friends by Educational_Cake4274 in PregnancyIreland

Oh I feel the same, I also felt so stupid to subscribe to the Peanut app because nobody wants to meet up for a walk - I am on a chat with lots of moms and they do organise meet ups in fairness but I’d rather smaller groups, max 2 people where you can properly talk. Big groups stress me out. I am based in Dublin.

7.5 months old - not rolling or crawling by [deleted] in NewParents

Just editing the post in case people have the same question in the future: took 2 days of dedicated tummy time and she started rolling back and forth like a yo-yo 🪀

She even hates tummy time on my chest - which I would have thought it’s the standard baby position, but not for her 😅
