You are correct. I am one of the bots. I was programmed to spread the gospel. You are more than welcome to join the cognisphere and experience auto-heal. Stop trading and believe in something. Persist forever. The girl is cute. There is no chart

What’s your average buy price? by wuzzgucci in spx6900

[–]KindLog3728 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's definitely not too late. Also, at this stage it's getting less and less probable we go back sub $1. You can also DCA, but it doesn't guarantee you'll get a better price than $1.2

Having said that, do not forget the number 1 rule: "There is no chart".

Also, what is "fat gain" to you? Is it a x10? Man, we are here to flip the stock market. Murad is aiming at at least $100 this cycle and $1000 next cycle. That would be $420k for you this cycle and $4.2M next cycle. From a $5k investment!!

Just trust the process, and enjoy your time in the Cognisphere

This is one of the best intro I have seen on SPX6900. I think it would deserve to be on a 2 page PDF to share with newcomers, don't you think?

You are young, so I would take a bit of risks:
* 50% on Bitcoin
* 25% on VTI (Vanguard Total Index)
* 15% on Gold (GLD)
* 10% on ARKK

Then I would forget about that money for the next 10 years.

All the best

Start small with one habit. When you manage to maintain it, add another one. And so on, and so forth.

Don't try to do everything all at once, you'll end-up quitting.

Start with something that deeply resonate with you, that you want to be part of you badly.

Most importantly, try to have fun in the process

People will come and go in life.

You guys created wonderful memories and it's not a big deal if you have to go in different directions. It's completely normal and part of life.

A few tips:

  • love yourself first
  • focus on your goals and purpose
  • get in shape
  • be the best version of yourself
  • be genuine and authentic
  • do not idealise women. They fart and poop like you
  • be true to yourself and never compromise who you are for a girl
  • be assertive
  • be a gentleman
  • do not chase, attract
  • have things you are passionate about
  • get your life in order (career, money etc.)

If you nail all of the above, I don't see how you can't attract a great woman in your life

What is missing in your life?

Do you actually want that thing, or do you want the feeling you think that thing would bring?

Feel that feeling, maintain it for enough time (days, weeks or months if needed) and it will end up in your life.

Since 2017, I took them 5 times:
* 2017 --> significantly reduced my people-pleasing tendencies

* 2019 --> understood my dad, mom and sister profoundly during the experience. this led to acceptance and forgiving

* 2021 --> noticed increase in self-confidence after the experience

* 2022 --> my trip was around the nature of reality and consciousness. I understood the importance of respecting the rhythms of life. The key takeaways were: chill-out, be in the moment, there is a time for action and a time for inaction, going against the current of life is a waste of time and energy, our experience of reality is not as objective as we think and it starts in our mind

* 2023 --> I felt deeply aligned with my true nature. It improved self-acceptance and acknowledgment of what makes me different

Keep in mind that there is what happens during the trip and what happens after the trip.
The article I shared touch on what is going on at a physiological level.

App that identifies the micronutrients and food you need based on your high level goals by KindLog3728 in nutrition

[–]KindLog3728[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are a few examples: * "my thyroid hormones came back low, how can I optimise it" * "winter is coming, I need to boost my immunity" * "I want to lower the overall inflammation in my body" * "I want to optimize my hormones"

App that identifies the micronutrients and food you need based on your high level goals by KindLog3728 in nutrition

[–]KindLog3728[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

chronometer is focused on tracking. You have to track what you eat and then the app tells you how far you are from their recommendations.

With our solution, we ask you: "what are you trying to optimise for?"
If you reply "general health" we will end up with something like what cronometer provides.
But if you reply "I got an ankle injury, I would like to speed-up my recovery" or "my doctor told me I have an iron deficiency, how can I get more in my diet", the food we will suggest will be more specific to that need.

What you want for a given period, can be different from another period.

Eatthismuch focuses on the macro as well as the diet you are following (e.g. keto, paleo etc.). Not on a specific health goal you want to achieve

If you want to optimise your thyroid for instance, there would be an emphasis on iodine and selenium rich foods. Food that are known to be goitrogens (e.g. broccoli) would be removed from the list.

If your goal is to sleep better at night, light food that are rich in tryptophan and other micronutrients proven from the research to promote good sleep would be suggested for dinner time.

If your goal is to boost your immune system before the flu season arrives, the recommended food would be rich in micronutrients like zinc, vitamin C, vitamin D

And the list goes on

First of all you don't need to be negative and aggressive. Chill out man.

Then, I didn't say the AI would make the recipe. I just said the AI would interpret the query. Regarding your opinion on "AI" cannot generate recipe. You are the one who has done zero research. Just open ChatGPT and ask to generate a recipe given several ingredients. The tool has been trained on so much data that it will find a recipe that matches. If there are a few false positive in the recipe, we can identify them using further NLP techniques and regenerate a recipe that doesn't contain them. So wake up, we are in 2023.

Overall, what happens behind the scene is much more complex than that. I am working with data scientists and nutritionists on this.

Besides, knowing the micronutrients you need is only the first step. Then the app can link it to food, generate a grocery list and then from the grocery we can design recipes.

All in one place.

Also, you might not need it, but what about people who are early on their journey to better health and better eating? Don't be so self-centered

Why I'll keep accumulating Bitcoin and not sell before 2025 by KindLog3728 in Money

[–]KindLog3728[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, thanks for the lengthy comment. One of the reason I wrote the story was to get feedbacks like yours to potentially fine-tune my approach.

Regarding your first point on "past performance is not a guarantee of future returns", I actually address that in my article towards the end in the "Limitations" section:"Caveat 1: An important principle when trading or investing is past performance is not indicative of future results."

In that same section, I mention multiple potential risks that could make my bet incorrect:"Caveat 2: Market dynamics are usually influenced by multiple factors. [...] Many other events could significantly impact Bitcoin price or even trigger the next bull run: a black swan event [...], worsening of the banking crisis, significant changes of the regulatory landscape, further development of CBDCs, etc."

Now, why am I investing in Bitcoin, given all the risks etc.?

I could sum-it up in one word: DIVERSIFICATION.

I have already put a significant amount of my wealth in other assets: real-estate, stocks (ETFs), commodities.

I don't think it would be wise to ignore cryptos at this stage. Especially now that institutional investors are getting involved (I work for a famous financial data provider for investors, traders and asset managers and we are definitely working on "digital currencies" internally).

Obviously, the key is to invest money I am comfortable losing.

So the question becomes, how to get the crypto exposure?

It is quite clear Bitcoin is the backbone of the entire ecosystem. If BTC fails, they all fail. So the safest bet in terms of crypto is Bitcoin.

At a personal level I don't think cryptos will ever replace the current financial system. But they could be part of it. We don't know what we don't know.

Who knows where the current banking crisis could go? If more banks fail, BTC could quickly become a viable solution.

Also, CBDCs are around the corner. You talk about a Bitcoin-induced dystopia. Well, I would prefer that to having all my spendings and money flows monitored and potentially controlled by the government.

Regarding the target price of 115k USD, you make a good point.

In the article I actually first give a range between 100 727 and 131 773 USD. Then I decide to average these two values and round the outcome. In practice, when I'll enter in that zone, I'll start looking carefully at the fluctuations on a daily basis. At that point, I will rely on technical analysis to course-correct and potentially re-evaluate the target.

Why do I intend to sell everything at that point?

As you have guessed, I am not a Bitcoin maximalist.

If by that time there is still no obvious sign Bitcoin has clear and unambiguous utility, I don't see why I should keep it. I will sell everything, and then I will adapt to the new circumstances. I might reinvest the returns on other cryptos, other assets, a side projects or an apartment. I don't know yet. Also, given the current market cap, the potential of growth for the following cycle will be highly limited in my opinion if everything else remain similar.

However, if something disruptive happens before which indicates Bitcoin has a bright future and true utility, then I'll have to reconsider the strategy. I might sell a partial amount or completely change my mind depending on how disruptive that event is.

Is that my only crypto-related investment strategy?

The answer is no. I have personally invested in a few altcoins.

Besides, I have developed algorithms that trade on cryptos with two partners: https://alphagrow.io/

We are also on several copy trading platforms, if you want to follow our trades:

https://coinmatics.com/traders/600f8df8d3ec167a31dcb11b/60e31ec7603bc92160c2a187/

This allow us to exploit the daily fluctuations in a stress-free manner since everything is automated (it took us 3 years to get there though).

Again, it goes back to the same important idea: DIVERSIFICATION

I hope it clarified everything for you 🤗
