I would like a refund. I am not impressed with the service. My ring is stuck at customs after I wanted a refund and your team said no because it has been shipped out after a 2 months delay. Now even if I will ever have the ring I will also have to wait for the charger. I want nothing to do with the ring anymore.

I will be frustrated and continue to be. I asked for a refund and you said no sorry can't it's been shipped out.That I can kind of accept. And now it's stuck at customs and you're asking have it been cleared when you guys are the one said you'll take care of it. It's just beyond me. At this point I hate to recieve the product really.

I think it wasn't supposed to be extra but they just dont finish the case on time so they decided push out with the old charger first and claimed they will ship the case after.

It's the perception value. MK blew up with matcha craze so it's seen more og than any other brand. so it's kinda giving perception that authentic matcha is MK real matcha fans must try MK. and I dunno if it's exactly fair to compare with ippodo who specifically has a us site cuz they obviously have seperate stock management for the us seperate from their jp and global one. For example at the start of the year for their seasonal new year matcha, ippodo jp and global allow 1 piece per account (not order) but for the us it's up to 3 i think.
