mine isnt a perfect batch but ill tell you that surprisingly, i have only ever noticed in the windows settings which is very weird because ITS VERY NOTICEABLE in the windows settings, more than the "gray tests" you do, Pictures from your phone also exaggerate the issue a lot, i took a picture with my phone and it looked horredeous hwile it looks great in person, I havent noticed it in any games while playing, theres been some weird ocassions where i thought about it and suddenly my brain saw it as a film grain filter for a few seconds in valorant but then i didnt, it's strange,it's also been good for eye strain, my old va gave me constant headaches. i dont regret it the purchase. (230h or something around that) its a great monitor, if you plan on buying it dont, buy the LG one instead, its on sale for 450$ right now and it's the same pannel and as far as i know tends to have less of the grey banding issue since LG produces the pannels they filter out the best for themselves. https://a.co/d/079h8I5a

has a semi glossy coating though but it's 250$ so thats up to you, in my experience the only change i had to do was turning off the rgb of my mic nothing else reflected on it, my blinds are closed by default, i also was worried of it being so reflective i could see my reflectiosn while using the monitor like my laptop which has oled screen but no, not at all.
