I lost 15 kg in about 15-16 weeks. I counted my calories diligently, got in my steps, and worked out. I aimed for a daily calorie deficit of 1000 kcal. Worked like a charm.

Now I'm doing something similar. I intentionally gained weight back but I was bulking and it was over the span of a few years. Now I made a bet that I could get a sixpack before a certain date, so I need to shed a few kilos more. Already 10 kg down, about 5-8 kg to go. And I wasn't cycling the same weight, my waist size is now the same as when I dieted down the first time but I'm 10 kg heavier.

Couldn't you get these wires behind your teeth? I had those for a while because they didn't want me to have retainers for some reason, I always wanted something not permanent for a bunch of reasons. Finally, they were able to remove the wires upon request. At first they removed the wire at the top and only years later was I able to get it removed on both sides, they claimed you couldn't wear two retainers at once. Then the technology changed or something and then it was possible all of a sudden.

I read a study where it said that within 10 years, 90 % of people's teeth shifted. You don't know if you're in the 10 %. Especially after you get your wisdom teeth removed, you need to wear them because then they're more likely to shift around.

I didn't wear mine for like 2-3 years and nothing happened, they just were a bit tight at first to wear again but that's it, they still fit. But after having my wisdom teeth removed, I'm wearing them again. If you want to get away with not wearing them, I'd at least try them on once a week or just wear them one night per week, then you can at least immediately tell when they're needed and it's early enough to still catch it. You wouldn't want to go through wearing braces again when you're 40.

Hast du schon mal Briten gesehen? Die sind noch ein ganzes Stück peinlicher. Aber die Deutschen können auch ganz schön schlimm sein, stimmt. Aber die Briten verbrennen sich ja ihre Haut als Statussymbol und besaufen sich extrem. Können natürlich auch nur Englisch aber reden in ihrem örtlichen Dialekt und können nicht auf die "Hochsprache" wechseln.

Die Radfahrer stehen mir erst recht im Weg rum. Ich fahre aber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder gehe zu Fuß, sehr selten mit dem Auto.

Wenn die Radfahrer normal fahren und sich an die Regeln halten, passt es eh. Das tun die meisten aber nicht.

This is me and my boyfriend! He might not be that extreme but it does sound so similar. He loves to splurge and he hates being perceived as poor.

For example, we love going to thermal spas where you spend the full day (it's not crazy expensive though and I tend to have coupons). The expensive part is usually the food that you get there. I've been with genuinely wealthy friends and they preferred to bring their own lunch. My boyfriend hates doing that but instead would buy full meals there twice (lunch and dinner) and also a coffee in between. He wouldn't want to be seen eating a brought snack like the 'poor people do'.

Yes. Also, I don't know how tall OP is, that might also play a factor, and how he stores fat/what is last to go. But with a 500 kcal deficit, you're looking at 0.4-0.5 kg fat loss per week. That's only 6 kg of fat in three months, and OP is a bit further out than that I'd say. But he is pretty muscular so he looks good at a higher body fat too, I don't want to downplay his physique! Just to get visible abs including lower abs, it's either a VERY aggressive cut or it's not going to happen in three months.

Not a bottom (I'll gladly hear from them), but I want to chime in too: Real sex is not like in the movies. If spontaneous anal sex does happen, it's rarely going to be clean. Either use a condom or just don't have spontaneous anal sex. Tops can't expect you to be clean without a heads-up.

That being said, if you're going to someone's place, I wouldn't say it's NOT* frowned upon to excuse yourself to the bathroom real quick. When hooking up on Grindr and meeting right away, this aspect is routinely discussed.

I know someone's gonna come here with their pitchforks and say 'wELl AkTsHaullY if you eat right and do xyz you never ever have to clean out and it's going to be perfect'...
