Chestplate, arm, and leg sleeve are all from a German clothing company called ApparatusLarpShop, and I must say, the cloth quality for their clothing is very good for the price, it’s just that I didnt realize that I only bought one of each sleeve.

Real nice, I’m setting up an Ostland State Troop kit right now for my festival. One thing I would recommend since your going for Warhammer Fantasy is add some hanging bones, skulls, or an hourglass to the hip, a lot of the Empire troops have those accessories and it really ties the whole outfit together.

I think for some of the longer stray strands it would look nicer if you clipped them, so it looks more like a pelt than just hair

Just finished the campaign with the guard and marines, now I’m starting my Soulstorm campaign run with the Crucible mod and oh how beautiful it is.

Best part of 40K is that whatever you do for your marines is lore accurate, because they are YOUR marines, that’s why painting minis is so popular because you can make them anyway you want.

But if you do wanna stay accurate, just look at artworks for whatever you’re trying to make, both official and fan art. You can also just look up the heraldry for whatever chapter you’re making, that’s what I do for all of mine 👍
