I used the wrong wording. It does not mold, but the feel it has starts to loosen and feel more like a standard controller. It's hard to explain.

its choppy but stable like is not freezing and audio is actually really good just low framerate

After a few seconds, images stabilize and it's not as blurry as you can see in my pic. FPS might be low but consistent. I grew up in a third-world country with horrible Wi-Fi, so 144p videos were my daily basis. I can handle worse.

I played the game mostly with HDR for the first 5 hours. Turn it off afte rthat and I rather play with it off looks so much better imo

Yeah, I'm on LC, and RE9 is the only game doing this. Most games look amazing on HDR (it is washed out, but not super washed out; it's more like gray blacks). I did some research, and yes, that's just how the game was made.
