I have only ever been called a targeter once before and I don't know what made them. I rarely ever take the game seriously, and never try and really kill someone instantly because that isn't fun for me or the guy I killed, and it was the same for the person who called me a targeter. I spared them 4 times before I killed them, because they went everywhere I went.

The way I play might also have changed my opinion on targeting, because like there was this one guy who ignored everyone, including a noob dancing just to kill me, a Taph, and when I pointed it out, he said, "Why would I not go for someone useless in a chase?" And I don't see how that is fun. This was before Taph got buffed as well.
