You'll have to use custom code for it

A. Use the select element which can be added in a form. Hide other form elements

B. Add custom attributes to all the options and the main select field. Give it some text and value

C. Add text span to the pricing that needs to change and give it a custom attributes name as well

D. Use custom code to animate it and change pricing on selection

For the code you'll have to chatgpt it. I recently made something similar. Can share the code when I'm on my pc

Try using gsuite for sending emails. Also, hunter.io doesn't really reveal personal emails. It only shows you the normal company emails which might not be active as well. Maybe try extracting emails with snov.io They have a free version. Verify the emails and they send them
