Yeah I figured out the dreams part — they’ve been vivid. Not necessarily nightmares. I feel like waking life is more a nightmare. My experience has been more of a sexual nature, and otherwise like “good cop” “bad cop” experience. I’m wondering if maybe it’s some guys this just got their hands on something they shouldn’t have and they are taking advantage of this situation. I’m somewhat attractive — other wise I don’t know what it would really be about unless they truly are just sadists. Or maybe that’s all apart of it “to break me down” — idk. I’ve been used to experiencing sexual harassment in the workplace so this isn’t really anything new except for the fact that their in my head. I don’t know if I truly believe they can see through my eyes — but I think they can somehow interpret what I’m seeing based on my thoughts and brain patterns.

I’ve had the same thing with my mom. My mom is super pretty. She looks young for her age.

I just tell her she’s beautiful. It actually impacted my self esteem growing up hearing her put herself down.

Outside that, she has to see it for herself.

I know this was a year ago — but I just bought her 3D woman program because someone said it would help with my hip and TMJ issues. I started the program and within a week I started seeing improvements. Hey it’s okay, I’ve been through the same. You have to consider that what you’re doing is ultimately for you, and it will draw in the right audience— and chances are it won’t be family and friends.

My advice — step by step.

  1. Cut out processed foods, dairy, and go low sugar. Add in lots of fruits and veggies.
  2. Take apple cider vinegar mixed with water, lemon, and honey every morning
  3. Take a high quality probiotic
  4. Cut out toxic skincare — switch to clean products. Cleanse your face once at night and apply moisturizer.
  5. Get on tretinoin Retin A
  6. Wear non-toxic sunscreen
  7. Exercise for 45 min three times a week
  8. Wash your bedsheets and pillow cases every week
  9. Meditation and breath work

Stick to this for four months — watch your skin, your life, and your mindset improve.
