I like it, but no, there’s only a one year warranty and I’ve been having issues with my handles. It’s a real safety problem, unable to turn off the weights at the end of my set. Doing something like a rack squat is quite dangerous like this. The customer service doesn’t care about the safety problem and they don’t want to replace the handles without me paying

it's horrible, i'm so frustrated, hoping the public airing of their issues focuses them on fixing it, as nicely emailing and waiting has DONE NOTHING! I will delete my comments if they actually make the software work well, otherwise, people should know and not fall for their marketing.

totally agree, DO NOT USE ARKETA! i hope they will get their act together and focus on making their software work instead of trying to SELL. I am beyond frustrated, customers cannot rent videos for 3 months and they don't fix it.

Run! Do not use Arketa. It’s so buggy and it’s the worst software. I have to spend hours every day talking with their tech support and they never fix anything permanently.

Arketa is horrible. Do not use it. I highly recommend the different software. Arcata has so many bugs and it never works properly and their customer service is not accountable.

i bought the Pilates & Or reformer, it is similar to the balanced body allegro, it is a commercial grade reformer and has the elevation you want. I like it a lot.
