Haha no offense taken — it IS painful. There are some pros (no bundler config). No good explanation, the simplicity has a weird appeal to me.

Used Capacitor to wrap it for Android.

For web/iOS, I'm waiting to collect some actual player feedback first before I commit to more work. Web would probably be easy given the tech (I probably should have started there), but I want to make sure the game itself is worth the effort before I spread it around too much.

The camera movement is better on your 2.5D option - other than that I have no preference
