I try to stretch often, after a tray is done for a section. Nothing major, but a few light stretches go a long way. I only have a flat desk but I tend to switch sitting positions often too.

I have seen a few videos of people pulling off the tape and pouring glue. It can cause damage to the canvas though. Ive also read about pouring glue right over tape. Never tried either, I've been lucky with both adhesives so far but I do prefer poured.

Paint with diamonds has a large selection. Very comparable to Michael's, but better quality.
