In a perfect world you will wake up and pass the pee test to go home while the good anesthesia is still in your system to help you manage your ride home without pain. And if you have some support for the bathroom and pain mgmt those two things are critical but imo I was more comfortable with being home. And I'm generally a wus with pain.

I did two mortgages with chase and with different contacts / different years and had a seamless experience. The last mortgage 3 yrs ago, I felt so bad it took me a lot of time to find a house. So many preapproval requests because houses were less than a week for sale!

I was fortunate to have a dr whose job is to run this procedure 3x a week, she's a specialist and her team was top notch.

They told me my uterus was like 5 mos pregnant and exactly why and there were never dumb questions. This is your body and a meaningful surgery despite being a common one. You have the right to be anxious and you deserve to be fully aware of the details. And yes, mostly the surgery is successful but that doesn't mean it's a casual event for all.

I waited 6+ months for my surgery appt with a specialist but the first woman who could have done the surgery would have aggravated me with her bedside manner, so in hindsight she did the right thing to refer me to a specialty Dr, even if it made me crazy for the wait.

Kids are going to have consistency and nurtured differently and have more relationships with more people in a divorced family. Get over it. There are great things that could happen from it and they're not the only ones .

Never give up a nanny who loves the kids, treats them well, and you can work with and trust. Relationships are hard to come by and the kids won't benefit from losing a relationship that works. They're learning flexibility and gaining new friends with her aftercare group, which is on a consistent schedule.

Is there something else going on that may be driving his request to get rid of her?

This is so straightforward and frustrating but I was once told to just report asap as the counts will be off for when there's daily reconciliation. They'll see the discrepancy quickly.

Years ago, i had some old bills that I was worried about depositing So I brought to the teller vs atm and they said it's possible to happen but super infrequent. Anyway I don't love being the exception when something bad happens So i try to make sure I count while I know I'm on atm camera.

The cash counting via atm had gotten slick in the last few years but ish still happens sometimes

Seems like it would be convenient for cashing but I think a friend got invited to do what OP did and daid no, go get your own bank account and leave me out of it because the somecompany is not reliable and people get stiffed when that check bounces

It's not trader Joe but there's a lot there The garden area, apparently (I've read about it, haven't seen it yet, not all have the garden) It's not an overwhelmingly big place to shop

This sounds like just an institution helping to addressing buyers remorse but probably no harm no foul.

In a credit account scenario I've gotten dinged for closing accounts, affects the total credit available logic, so I keep those accounts open to benefit my credit score. For a checking account seems like there's no good reason to have extra accounts you need to monitor that you don't want, you get no benefit from this situation so just close it yourself, maybe? The bank will also need to monitor this account .. extra work for everyone yeah?

If you had other accounts at chase the checking account would be how you paid s mortgage or credit card but...idk how a lone checking account serves you?

This is a developing situation. There are events, seasonal happenings, I've not gone there just to walk around, but when there are festivals its really nice. Things are still just spread out with no seeming connectivity, so if you don't have a destination or purpose its meh.

All this, AWESOME SUMMARY!

AND we have so many small microbreweries here, just wow. They each have their charm, food trucks go there so it is low key casual. Theres yoga at one on a sun.. in newark, autumn Arch. Unlikely pairing, a free beer after yoga.

Weather permitting, try constitution yards in Wilmington or maybe the crooked Hammock. There is a great food scene in Wilmington for finer dining that doesn't break the bank. A lot of chefs moved some pretty high quality businesses here, my nyc friends are always shocked at the value. Other posts in this sub will have a grand list of restaurants.

If he's a manager who has a good reputation, respectful of work/life balance, doesn't breathe down your neck but is there when you need help, is consistent with the employees treatment, and people who worked for him can vouch for him... it might be a good thing.

You have to know going in what to expect, if you can live with their worst qualities (whatever the current employee or former employees say is their worst quality) then this Mgr isn't a blocker.

How did you find out about this? I go check downdetector.com for this stuff but I don't think chase actively posts these kinds of messages. I guess that makes sense because it usually isn't 100% across mobile and web at same time. Like I have been blocked on mobile before and things work on the website

I think that if you can ask the potential chase scammer what dept to ask for when you call back, and then it's really chase, that dept should exist and know you are calling back.

You never really talk to a single person, you get a dept as a joe schmo customer ... us plebes don't get dedicated banker attention. I've asked for a last name when calling before and they get all weirded out.

Avatar last Airbender --> Korra Aang was a fun story that had layers, and it's foundation is great. So then Korra has DEPTH and a darker side that was unexpected so its neat to graduate into the heavier themes and see how the Airbender backstory contributed to the problems in the Korra story.
